However, not all projects can be financed, so we are always looking for more potential lenders to add to our panel - please make contact if you are interested in providing funds for property development projects.

The process

If you wish to be considered for finance our partner requires a completed 6-page application form, which we will send to you. This provides them with sufficient information to provide a preliminary assessment of your project. Within 3 working days our partner will be able to tell you if your project is likely to get the go-ahead from their panel of lenders and backers.

If you have a preliminary agreement, and you wish them to proceed with your case, the partner will require a non-refundable submission fee as well as a signature of a contract that guarantees their fee provided they successfully obtain finance for your development.

Following this point they will help you obtain a formal loan agreement. The documents below are examples of what will be required in order to successfully gain approval:

• Company and director track records and CVs
• Cash flow projections
• Last 3 years´ audited accounts
• Last 6-months bank statements
• Schedule of assets offered as security

Once the formal offer has been reached in principle, an arrangement fee of percentage of loan will be due, payable upon completion.
